"After an unfortunate series of events over the last 3 years Garrett has put me back together on multiple occasions. I initially met Garrett after sustaining a serious kneecap fracture that required surgery and physical therapy postoperatively. I got an excellent result rehabbing with Garrett with full motion of my knee and strength. At the same time I had left shoulder pain that was later diagnosed as a frozen shoulder. I had very limited motion with a lot of pain. Within 6 weeks of going through Garrett’s carefully crafted therapy program my shoulder was 100% better. My left shoulder has had full range of motion and been pain free ever since.
Within the last year I had to have a right total reverse shoulder replacement, due to a traumatic injury, with a very difficult recovery period. Two months after surgery, in the early stage of physical therapy with Garrett, I had to be out of the country for an extended period of time. During this time I was responsible for doing my own therapy. I was provided with a detailed home exercise program that I worked on faithfully. Even though I worked diligently on my exercise, when I returned to the U.S., I was still in a fair amount of pain and my shoulder motion left something to be desired. I went again to see Garrett having full confidence that he would put me right. He initially told me that it would take 2 months of therapy to rehab my shoulder. Garrett worked carefully within my pain tolerance increasing my shoulder motion and with his comprehensive exercise program I was discharged from physical therapy, with excellent range of motion, in the 2 months he predicted.
I am back to playing golf and walking the course which was a huge priority for me, I am also able to resume knitting which I thought would be out of the question. I am forever grateful for Garrett’s expertise in making me whole again."
